Inaugural Product - the EMF1 Wideband EM Wave Demoduator
The EMF1 is an unique and very sensitive wideband electromagnetic wave demodulator. It is fully portable and battery operated. Rather than tuning any specific frequency, or sweeping the AM or FM radio bands, an EMF1 receives and simultaneously amplitude demodulates all frequencies from 200KHz up to and beyond 1GHz. The sensitivity is adjustable over an 80dB (10,000 to 1) range. Even the slightest signal can be detected and demodulated by the EMF1.
The EMF1 is frequency limited on the low end to reject LF and ELF EM fields which could mask the much weaker frequencies of interest. If you want to detect ELF phenomena, you can obtain one of the many commercially available ELF meters. Those meters may have their own usefulness in paranormal investigation, but they can't "see" or demodulate the high frequencies addressed by the EMF1.
Why only AM demodulation? It is completely logical to postulate that paranormal influences which can alter the states of normal matter can thusly amplitude modulate an EM wave. The physics of modulating the amplitude (strength) of an EM wave is straightforward. A paranormal force could alter the permeability of magnetic media or the dielectric properties of the propagating ether (air and reflecting or conducting materials). This would impart a global amplitude modulation onto all propagated signals travelling through the affected medium. There is no logical paradigm for a paranormal force to frequency modulate a single channel, let alone the hundreds or thousands of radio channels within the admittance bandwidth of the EMF1. That is why the EMF1 is based upon amplitude modulation (AM) detection rather than frequency modulation (FM).
Why This is Different. The EMF1 is the only instrument that simultaneously demodulates, as a composite, all of the frequencies that are received from 200KHz to over 1GHz with extreme sensitivity. The demodulator output contains all of the audio frequency AM components that preexisted normally, but also any additional AM that may be imparted by a paranormal force. Since it seems so probable that paranormal forces can impart mostly very weak alterations to matter, it is logical to expect that the AM effects will be mostly detected at or near the ethereal noise floor on weak EM waves. The EMF1 is sensitive enough to demodulate signals down into the noise floor.
